Wanting to Register with a GP ?

If you are a new student to University of Hull and are looking to register with a GP – you are in the right place.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are accepting online registrations.

Please complete the online form on our home page.  We will get in touch to complete your application.

You can also attend the practice in person and complete the forms
